PREX CORPORATION was established in 1989 as a subsidiary of Hanano Corporation, Kobe Japan , as a distributor of die lubricant related products for the North American die casting industry. MARCH, 1997 – PREX CORPORATION established a design and manufacturing facility in Greenville , OH and began production of a full line of lubricant application equipment including the ASTROLUBE® system, Spray Cassette system and Central Lubrication systems. DECEMBER 1997- PREX CORPORATION entered into an agreement to be the exclusive distributor of Beyonz Corporation coated core pins and specialty products.
