Hand Spray Guns

Our 5L hand spray gun offers good atomization with a rugged design. A fluid adjustment screw lets you control the exact spray needed for a given operation.

The 4A model hand spray gun provides superior atomization, allowing you to break the heat barrier in the quickest time for optimum die lubricant application. You can also order this spray-adjustable model with a dual spray head, enabling you to simultaneously spray the fixed and moving die halves to reduce cycle time.
 

Fixed and Behind-Core Spray Atomizers

Our GRSH-11 fixed spray atomizer lets you spray a large amount of atomized die lubricant onto die hot spots. By supplementing the existing die lubricant sprayer, the GRSH-11 helps reduce die lubricant spray cycle time. You can readily attach this atomizer to a fixed location on either die half or mount it to the existing spray device.

Use the GRSH-7 atomizer with the recessed UL-5 nozzles to spray behind cores when the cores are retracted. This prevents soldering and downtime associated with polishing core pins.
 

Metric Die Coolers

Prex provides a full range of metric die coolers and die cooler packing.
